A swim club style pool with lounge seating, a resident clubhouse, an outdoor fire pit and grilling stations, game lawns and walkable green space, and a fenced dog park.

 

What’s the difference between a townhome and an apartment?

HARMON Ascend townhomes have private entries, multiple stories, attached two-car garages, and (on select plans) a private fenced backyard. Apartments are typically single-level units inside a shared building. Townhomes give renters more space, more privacy, and direct outdoor access.

 

Do all HARMON Ascend homes include a garage?

Yes. Every townhome includes an attached two-car garage with a 220V outlet for electric vehicle charging.

 

Are there homes with private yards?

Yes. Select floor plans include a fenced, maintenance-free backyard with a patio.

 

Is HARMON Ascend pet friendly?

Yes. HARMON Ascend welcomes dogs and cats and includes a fenced dog park, walkable pathways, and open green spaces. Breed and weight restrictions and pet fees apply, contact the leasing team for the current pet policy.

 

What is included in the rent?

Each home includes a full-size washer and dryer, GE stainless appliances, smart home features (app-controlled garage access, programmable thermostat, video doorbell), and access to all community amenities. Utilities, internet, and pet fees are billed separately.
